The display of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an online catalog for reference. By clicking the “submit order” button, the sales contract for the selected items in the cart is finalized. The order confirmation takes place simultaneously with the acceptance of the order, immediately after submission. The order confirmation will be displayed and sent by email. With this confirmation, the purchase agreement is considered complete.
In exceptional cases (e.g., product unavailability), IL RE DEL POMODORO reserves the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, the customer will be contacted immediately and offered alternative solutions.

Online Dispute Resolution
The customer has access to online dispute resolution mechanisms as required by applicable regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
“Il Re del Pomodoro” acknowledges the customer’s right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation.
You have 14 days from the receipt of goods to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Within this period, the customer must send a written request to the contacts listed in the “Customer Service | Complaints” section and will receive return instructions.
Within 3 business days of receiving the returned goods, “Il Re del Pomodoro” will refund the full amount paid for the items.
Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.
The only cost borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal is the return shipping fee.
Shipping Document
According to Article 1, Paragraph 1 of the Ministerial Decree dated 21/12/1992, mail-order sales are exempt from issuing tax documents (e.g., receipts or invoices).
Customers receive a shipping document containing all relevant contract details (order number, customer information, list of ordered items, e-commerce and payment info, etc.).
This document must be retained as it serves as proof of purchase in case of claims, returns, or insurance in case of theft. All orders are archived.
Jurisdiction
For civil disputes relating to the application of this decree, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within Italy.
